Sage Summer Studio offers free week-long residencies to artists & musicians

This summer The Sage in Gateshead is offering a wonderful opportunity for musicians, vocalists and artists.

Beginning on 1st August and running until 2nd September, Sage Gateshead will be open for free short residencies (up to one week) allowing artists and musicians to create new work, develop their practice or prepare for a performance, with the premise being that the residencies are creativity led rather than simply used for rehearsal.

So if you're working on songwriting or creating new material, preparing for a performance or recording, or you want to try out new collaborations, then apply to The Sage now before places on their Sage Summer Studio initiative get snapped up.
