Off The Record music conference & festival comes to Manchester in November

Coming to Manchester's Northern Quarter this November is Off The Record, a new music conference and festival for the day. 

During the day at Methodist Central Buildings, Sound City and Louder Than War will curate a music conference covering labels and publishing, A&R, bloggers and promoters to inspire those starting out in the industry.
 
From afternoon into the night, Off The Record Live will then cast a spotlight on the best of the new, hosting showcase performances by 30 emerging artists across 6 legendary performances venues within 5 minutes walk of each other. The line-up will be picked by cutting edge curators icluding Guy Garvey, Tim Burgess, Huw Stephens and John Kennedy, amongst other, who will each put forward 3 hotly tipped emerging artists, defined as having been together less than 24 months and not yet released a debut album.
