Why piracy will never stop...

It is certainly not the first time (and I doubt it will be the last) that we post a link to an article about the recording industry's struggles against piracy. A recent blog which detailed the fact that the RIAA (the USA's representative body for the recording business) had spent millions of dollars in legal expenses trying to battle piracy cases, and managed to win back less than 10% of this, has absolutely highlighted the battle that the recording industry has on its hands...and how they need to re-evaluate their position on filesharing.
